Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

Thank you for shopping with ClothingSun. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with your Order ID as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund (for prepaid orders).

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return or exchange if the item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since no payment has been collected, no refund will be applicable.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation by ClothingSun

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product being out of stock
Pricing or technical errors
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Any situation beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason or without prior approval from our support team, ClothingSun reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from that customer.
