Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Clothing Sun. We want you to have a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is in its original condition without stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or alterations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during Clearance, Flash Sale, or Final Sale.

  • Innerwear, accessories, masks, or hygiene-related products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability)

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products delivered

If the requested size is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.

8. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be declined if:

  • The returned item shows signs of use.

  • Tags or original packaging are missing.

  • The return request is made after the return window has expired.

  • The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
