Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).

  • If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and shown before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes. Additional COD charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ClothingSun is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and products.
